Why are there no deductions from my bank account even though I have successfully made a recurring cash top-up arrangement?
If you have just made recurring cash top-up arrangements, the GIRO deduction might not have started yet. The deduction will start from the following month after your recurring arrangement is successfully processed. You may check the start month of your recurring cash top-up by accessing the Manage recurring cash top-ups and CPF transfers for retirement form, under “Who you are making recurring top-ups to”.
