Who is eligible for the Drive and Save (DAS) Scheme?
Under the Drive and Save (DAS) Scheme, all taxi principal hirers who make regular contributions1 to their MediSave Account are eligible to receive co-contributions from participating taxi operators. Only contributions that can be used to offset MediSave payable are eligible for DAS co-contributions.
If you have outstanding MediSave payable, you may be eligible for DAS co-contributions from participating taxi operators if you make full payment or be on a monthly GIRO instalment plan of at least $20 for your MediSave payable.
If you do not have outstanding MediSave payable, you may be eligible for DAS co-contributions from participating taxi operators if you pre-pay your future MediSave payable by contributing at least $20 to your MediSave Account monthly.
1 You may make MediSave contributions as a self-employed person via Manage your MediSave payable or GIRO.
