How can I check if I am eligible for licence application or renewal?

It depends on whether you are a self-employed person or a non-self-employed person.
 
For self-employed persons
You can check if you are eligible for licence application or renewal by logging in to the Self-employment dashboard using your Singpass. You can apply for your Singpass online if you do not have one.
 
Your licensing agency, real estate company or financial institution may request for a copy of your MediSave payable statement. To retrieve your MediSave payable statement, click the PDF function icon at the top right of the MediSave payable statement after logging into Singpass.

For non-self-employed persons
You can check if you are eligible for licence application by logging in to the Self-employment dashboard using your Singpass through ‘Check your status’ under Hassle-Free licence application/ renewal. You can apply for your Singpass online if you do not have one.

You will be able to view a message indicating your licence application eligibility. Your licensing agency, real estate company or financial institution may request for a screenshot of the message to facilitate your application.
