There are several ways you can contribute to your MediSave. The most convenient way is via GIRO, which allows automatic monthly deductions from your bank account.

Using my cpf digital services (list of participating banks)

  1. Log in with your Singpass.
  2. If you do not have an existing GIRO arrangement with CPF Board, or wish to use a new bank for your GIRO deductions, submit the Set up GIRO for MediSave contributions form.
  3. If your GIRO deductions were suspended after two unsuccessful deductions, please submit the Reinstate GIRO deductions for MediSave contributions form to resume your monthly contributions.
  4. Check the status of your GIRO application via Activities.

Mail (for other banks)

  1. Download and complete the Apply for GIRO for MediSave Contributions form (FORM SE GIRO (PDF, 0.2MB)).
  2. Mail it to the address printed overleaf of the GIRO application form.
  3. We will notify you of your GIRO application status once the bank has processed it.

Use the Manage your MediSave payable (MMSP) form to make contributions on your outstanding MediSave payable, or contribute towards your future MediSave payable.

You can also request an instalment plan via the MMSP form.

You may view your MediSave contributions on the Self-employment dashboard. To access my cpf Digital Services – Self-employment dashboard, please log in to the CPF website using your Singpass.
