Source: https://www.cpf.gov.sg/memberRegistration for MediSave/MediShield Life Internet Reimbursement will only be processed after we have received both the registration form and Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) form. We will notify you after the successful registration of your application.
You will be notified by the bank once they have approved your DDA form. This usually takes four to six weeks. Once your DDA is approved, you can submit reimbursements online.
