The Board uses email as one of its channels to communicate with CPF members. While we have implemented email security measures to prevent scammers from impersonating us, these measures work only if email service providers also implement such protection at their end. We have developed a utility tool “Email receiver checker” (beta version) that you can easily use to check whether your email service provider has in place the protection known as Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC).

CPF Board is sending emails to a small number of members so that they can try out the utility tool and provide feedback about it. These members are using email service providers which may not have the recommended email security in place.
