If you received an error message stating that your MediSave balance is insufficient to take over paying an insured’s CareShield Life/ElderShield/MediShield Life premiums, it could be because your MediSave balance has been reserved for upcoming premium payments for yourself and/or your dependants’ healthcare insurance coverage.

If you do not have enough MediSave balance to take over paying another insured's CareShield Life/ElderShield/MediShield Life premiums, you may top up your MediSave balance or arrange for another family member to take over the insured's premiums.
