I’m unable to activate my Singpass Foreign Account (SFA). What should I do?

Your Singpass Foreign account issued via Corppass must be activated within 90 days, or it will be terminated.

If you’re registered as a Corppass Admin:

  • If there’s another active Corppass Admin for your entity, please approach them to terminate your current Corppass account. You can then register a new Corppass Admin account to receive a new Singpass Foreign account.

  • If you’re the sole Corppass Admin for your entity, please reach out to Corppass Support here for guidance before registering a new account.

If you’re registered a Corppass User:

  • Please reach out to the Corppass Admin for your entity, who can terminate your existing account and create a new one for you. Afterwards, you can activate your account from the Corppass portal, and a new Singpass Foreign account will be issued to you.
