Updated by CORPPASS

A Corppass Admin is a person authorised by the Registered Officers (ROs) of the entity to create and manage Corppass accounts, as well as assign access to digital services required for transactions. Examples of individuals who may fulfil this role include: a Director of Corporate Services (Admin/ Finance/ Human Resources), or any other person(s) authorised by the key appointment holder.

Key things to note about the Corppass Admin role:

  • The Admin is responsible for managing access to various digital services for the entity, and keeping the list of authorised users for the entity accurate and up-to-date.

  • For Singapore-registered entities with a UEN, the Admin must be authorised by (one of) the entity's Registered Officers (RO).

  • The entity's RO(s) may also choose to assume the role of the Corppass Admin.

  • Admins for Singapore-registered entities (with a UEN) must be Singapore NRIC/FIN holders.

  • Each entity can appoint up to two Corppass Admins.
