I encountered error code "R0036" when trying to activate my Corppass account. What should I do?
The error code "R0036" indicates that the email you're using is linked to an existing Singpass account with a Foreign ID (FID). If you have recently changed your Foreign ID, follow these steps:
Request your Corppass Admin to:
Terminate your current Corppass account.
Re-create your account using your previous Foreign ID temporarily.
Activate your Corppass account and set up your Singpass Foreign User Account (SFA).
Log in to the Corppass Portal and navigate to My Account > Profile to update your Foreign ID in Corppass.
This ensures that your information in Corppass and Singpass remains properly synchronised.
