What should I do if one of my entity’s Corppass Admins has left without terminating their account?
If one of your entity's Corppass Admins has left without terminating their account, there are two ways to remove the departed Admin:
If there is another active Admin: The active Admin can log in to Corppass and terminate the departed Admin's account.
If there is no other active Admin: The local Registered Officer (RO) can either:
Appoint a second Admin who can then terminate the departed Admin’s account, or
Use their Singpass to directly remove the departed Admin.
Important: Ensure that your entity maintains at least one Corppass Admin at all times. If there are no Corppass admins for a period of 30 days, your entity will be suspended.
