If one of your entity's Corppass Admins has left without terminating their account, there are two ways to remove the departed Admin:

1. If there is another active Admin: The active Admin can log in to Corppass and terminate the departed Admin's account.

2. If there is no other active Admin: The local Registered Officer (RO) can either:

   • Appoint a second Admin who can then terminate the departed Admin’s account, or

   • Use their Singpass to directly remove the departed Admin.
     

     
     

Important: Ensure that your entity maintains at least one Corppass Admin at all times. If there are no Corppass admins for a period of 30 days, your entity will be suspended.
