If you are a Corppass Admin, your account will be automatically activated upon approval.

If you are a Corppass Sub-Admin, Enquiry User or User, once your Admin or Sub-Admin creates your account, you will receive a system-generated email with instructions to activate your account.

You will need either the Reference ID sent to you via email or your UEN number and identity number to complete the activation process here.

If you provide the correct details, your account will be activated immediately.
