How do I add users to Client e-Service Groups?

To add users to Client e-Service Groups, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Corppass Portal.

  2. Navigate to Third Party > Add Users to Client e-Service Groups.
    Note: This function is intended for Third Party entities that access IRAS e-Services on behalf of their clients.

  3. Select the users from your entity's Corppass user accounts.

  4. Add the selected users to the desired Client e-Service Group(s).

  5. Review the user(s) being added to the group(s) and submit.
