How can I create users in batch for my entity as a Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin?
To create users in batch, follow these steps:
Log in to the Corppass Portal.
Navigate to Users > Batch Create Users.
Click to download the Excel template provided for user creation.
Fill in the necessary information for each user in the Excel template.
Upload the completed Excel file.
Review and submit.
Notes:
Each file upload supports a maximum of 5000 records.
Batch processing will take 1 working day.
Accounts created by Admins and Sub-Admins will have ‘Default access to all e-Services.’
Accounts created by restricted Sub-Admins will not have this default access.
