A Client e-Service Group is a feature designed for authorised Third Party Service Providers to effectively manage user access to IRAS digital services within their entity. This feature allows Corppass Admins and Sub-Admins with default access* to perform the following actions:

Create/Remove Client e-Service Group(s)
Add/Remove Users to Client e-Service Group(s)
Add/Remove Digital Services to Client e-Service Group(s)

Key Features:

Service providers can create up to 80 groups, with each group allowing a maximum of 250 IRAS digital service authorisations.
Users within each group are granted the same IRAS service access, simplifying the assignment process.
Instead of assigning services individually to users, Corppass Admins can assign access to an entire group, enhancing efficiency.

*To check if you have default access:

Log in to the Corppass Portal.
Navigate to My Account > View My Profile > Assigned e-Services.
Check whether the "Access to all e-Services required" checkbox is checked.

If the checkbox is checked, you have default access; if not, you have restricted access.
