How do I edit a user's "default access to all e-Services" as a Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin?

To edit the "default access to all e-Services" option, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Corppass Portal.

  • Navigate to Users > Manage Users.

  • Locate the user account for which you want to modify the default access.

  • Click the 'Full Name' to edit their access.

  • Go to the Assigned e-Services tab.

  • Check or uncheck the box labeled "Access to all e-Services required" as needed.

  • Save the changes.
