How do I know if my Corppass account(s) is valid to use my corporate profile feature?

You will be able to link or switch to your Corppass accounts only if they fulfil the following criteria:

a. Your Corppass account is ‘Active’ 

Corppass accounts that are 'Suspended', 'Terminated', 'Inactive', 'Rejected' are not allowed. Please check with your Corppass Administrator if you are unsure about your current account status.

b. Your entity is a local UEN entity 

Corppass accounts in non-UEN/foreign entities, GSTN entities and ASGD entities will not be reflected at this time. You may check with your Corppass Administrator for your entity type. 

c. Your entity’s UEN status on ACRA is 'Registered’

Corppass accounts in 'De-Registered' and 'Withdrawn' entities will not be reflected. You may check with your Corppass Administrator for the UEN’s status on ACRA system.
