Can my child take H1CL if he took CLB at the O-Level?

Yes. Students may choose to ‘upgrade’ but cannot ‘downgrade’ their MTL. But if s/he wants to take both CLB and H1CL, s/he would need to seek the approval of HOD/MTL.
