What is Form A?

Updated by CJC
It is the form showing your O-Level results in codes and your L1R5 and L1R4 aggregate scores as well as whether you are eligible for JC/Poly courses. Refer to JAE website. The students should have received their Form A via email that they have registered with the secondary school. If not, they can log into JAE-IS to retrieve the form.
