There are many leadership opportunities in the school, offered through CCAs, department programmes, and roles such as Subject or Student Ambassadors. Level 1 students who are interested are encouraged to inform their teachers and apply for these positions. Teachers may then assign them to trial roles to assess their suitability. If they demonstrate potential, teachers will guide and support them in developing their leadership skills and working towards their aspirations.
