What happens if the device is stolen / lost and will the replacement be of the same or a different model?

The insurance coverage is only applicable to situations of damages and loss where the student has taken all necessary precautions to safeguard the PLD. A police report will need to be made for the insurance claim. The device replacement will only be of the same model as the insurance only covers the model. They are 'Lenovo 500e Gen 4' for 2024 level 1, 'Lenovo 500e Gen3' for 2024 level 2 and 'Lenovo 500e Gen2' for 2024 level 3 to 4 and not the category of Chromebook.
