Is the Music Elective Programme (MEP) open to students only through DSA, and only to IP students?

MEP is offered to both IP and SP students. Students can apply to MEP when they have been posted to CHS via Sec 1 registration after PSLE. DSA via MEP is available to both IP and SP students.
