I am a UA Operator Permit holder. Do I need to comply with B-RID requirements?

B-RID is not required for UA activities conducted under the scope of the UA Operator Permit and Class 1 Activity Permit.


However, you will need to comply with B-RID requirements if the UA activity has been granted a waiver by CAAS from the usage of the CFMS “FlyItSafe” mobile application.
