What is CAPELS?

CAPELS is the acronym for Civil Aviation Personnel Licensing System. It is a web-based personnel licensing system for Flight Crew, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and Unmanned Aircraft pilots. New and existing licence holders are required to submit licensing related applications through CAPELS.
