I did not receive the QR code for my unmanned aircraft pilot licence (UAPL) application. How do I get the QR code?

To re-send the QR code for your UAPL application, you may follow these steps:

1. Log into your CAPELS account

2. Under the “UAPL” tab, click on the “Resend QR” button

3. The system will send an email containing the QR code to the email that you registered in CAPELS

Additionally, please check your Junk/Spam folder for the email and ensure that you have used the same email address as your CAPELs account.
