Can I apply for an unmanned aircraft (UA) operator permit if my company is based outside of Singapore?

Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A company based outside of Singapore is first required to submit to CAAS an official letter of intent from the client(s) who intends to engage the company, and the scope of activity involving the UA.
