What can I do if I feel my privacy has been violated by someone operating an unmanned aircraft (UA)?

Updated by CAAS

Using a UA to invade someone's privacy is a serious offence and may be punishable under the Penal Code. If you experience such an incident, make a police report immediately.

*The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC)’s Advisory Guidelines on the Personal Data Protection Act for Selected Topics is applicable to images captured by UA operations for non-recreational / non-educational purposes.
