Do I have to apply for a new activity permit for every unmanned aircraft (UA) flight?

Updated by CAAS

An activity permit is only valid for a single activity for a specific period of time (e.g. a few hours within one day). However, if an applicant needs to perform the same activity for a longer period of time (e.g. a few hours every day for a month), the applicant may be granted a block activity permit to do so, if conditions permit and subject to regulatory approval.

Upon expiry of the existing permit, a new activity permit application must be submitted to CAAS.
