What should I do when my mobile phone hangs while the FlyItSafe mobile app is in use?

You may try to restart the mobile phone.

 

Alternatively, you may also try reinstalling the FlyItSafe mobile app, and ensure that it is updated to the latest version. If the problem persists, please contact CAAS at CAAS_CFMS_Helpdesk@caas.gov.sg.
