Do I need to register my unmanned aircraft (UA) if I already hold an operator permit?
Yes, you are required to register your UA before you fly if it has a total weight of more than 250g, regardless of whether you already hold an operator permit.
An operator permit is an authorisation granted by CAAS to permit an individual or an entity to operate UA for specific purposes. For more information, please refer to the following Advisory Circular.
