Are there any age restrictions for flying at the Unmanned Aircraft Flying Area (UAFA)?

In Singapore, there are no age restrictions for recreational flying of UA not exceeding 1.5kg in weight. However, we recommend UA operators below the age of 16 operating such UA to be supervised by an adult.

For UA exceeding 1.5kg but not exceeding 7kg in weight, UA operators below the age of 16 must be supervised by someone who has fulfilled the corresponding UA pilot competency requirements.

You may refer to this page for more information on the CAAS regulatory requirements.
