Is unmanned aircraft (UA) flying allowed outside of the Unmanned Aircraft Flying Area (UAFA)?

Recreational UA flying is still allowed outside of the UAFA. Regardless of location, UA operators should observe safe operations guidelines and must adhere to the prevailing UA regulations.
