Opportunities for job rotation are available for all officers to gain exposure to the wide spectrum of aviation-related work. Scholars may be deployed to different divisions at various stages of their career, depending on their career aspirations and organisational needs. There will also be opportunities for external secondment, such as to the Ministry of Transport or the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
