Who is eligible to register an aircraft in Singapore?
An “eligible applicant” is eligible to apply for a certificate of registration in respect of an aircraft if
(a) the person is one of the following:
(i) in the case of an aircraft to be used for the purposes of commercial air transport or aerial work
(A) the Government;
(B) a citizen of Singapore; or
(C) a body incorporated in Singapore;
(ii) in the case of an aircraft not to be used for the purposes of commercial air transport or aerial work
(A) the persons mentioned in sub-paragraphs (i)(A) to (C); or
(B) a person residing or having a place of business in Singapore; and
(b) the person is the owner of the aircraft.
