Is it mandatory to register aircraft operating in Singapore with CAAS?
Aircraft/helicopters do not need to be operated in Singapore's airspace to be registered in Singapore. However, the aircraft/helicopter must be registered with an International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Contracting State and have a valid Certificate of Airworthiness.
