How far back can I set the admission date when admitting a referral for the first time?

Admission Date Selection

You can now backdate the admission date up to 90 days before today (previously 30 days). However, the admission date can't be earlier than the date the referral was assigned to your organisation.

Examples (assuming today is 8 September 2026, so the 90-day cap falls on 10 June 2026):

  • Referral assigned to you on 30 June 2026 (less than 90 days ago) → earliest admission date you can select is 30 June 2026 (the assignment date), not 10 June 2026.

  • Referral assigned to you on 1 May 2026 (more than 90 days ago) → earliest admission date you can select is 10 June 2026 (the 90-day cap), not 1 May 2026.

In short: the earliest selectable date is whichever is later — 90 days before today, or the date the referral was assigned to you.
