For Referral sources

You can search for AAC referrals that you have created under 'Your referrals'.

Once you are in your 'your referrals', filter for Services 'Active Ageing Centre'. You may filter by statuses too. For the example above, We are looking for 'Active Ageing Centre' referrals that have been 'assigned to service providers'.

Do note that draft referrals which were not submitted were not migrated to BRIGHT. You will need to raise a new referral on BRIGHT accordingly.

For Service Providers

You can find your incoming AAC referrals under 'Organisation referrals'.

Once you are in your 'Organisation referrals', filter for Services 'Active Ageing Centre'.

For AAC service providers, you may filter for specific locations as well. In the example above, We are looking for 'Active Ageing Centre' referrals assigned to 'Alpha Residential Home'.

For users using your integrated systems, you will also be able to review the migrated referrals accordingly. Do reach out to your vendors to find out more.
