[PHI and AIC users] Does BRIGHT notify us through email notifications?
Yes! Email notifications are sent to users when they have been added as a contributor or when an AIC staff is assigned a referral. All contributors are also notified via email whenever a referral has a status change.
Appeals
If a contributor creates an appeal, the assigned OIC will be notified via email upon creation. When the assigned OIC has acted upon the appeal, the appeal creator will be notified accordingly.
Similarly, when the Manager has acted upon the appeal, both the appeal creator and assigned OIC will be notified as well.
