Will we be alerted about the possibility of double dipping?
Yes! When you select the referral services to raise, BRIGHT will check in-system for referrals that double dip. If there are any, you will see an alert like the example below.

During this transition period, you will also need to check both BRIGHT and IRMS as the two systems are handling different referral types. Please refer to our launch schedule for which services are on BRIGHT and on IRMS.
