Why is there a need for a Device Management Application (DMA) in PLDs?

Updated by BPGHS

The DMA supports students as they learn to use their PLD safely and responsibly. For example, the DMA blocks students’ access to undesirable Internet content such as gambling and pornography and sets screen time limits.

It also functions as an administrative tool to facilitate Teaching & Learning (T&L) (e.g., by allowing schools to centrally push down applications required for T&L).
