What happens if a student’s PLD requires servicing/repair?
For Secondary 1 and 2 students:
Bring your PLD to the ICT Hub. The ICT Team will log a case and send the device to the vendor for repair. A loan PLD will be issued to the student while the original device is being repaired.
For Secondary 3 and 4 students:
Visit the ICT Hub to obtain instructions on how to send your PLD for repair. You will handle the repair process independently and make any necessary insurance claims.
Please note:
All repairs or replacements are subject to valid warranty or insurance coverage. Insurance applies only to the main device and does not cover accessories.
