I previously agreed to the Terms of Use on the myEnterprise portal. Why do I need to agree to them again on BizSG?

The BizSG portal replaces the myEnterprise portal and has its own Terms of Use. You will therefore need to review and agree to the BizSG Terms of Use when you first access the portal.
