Repairs and Replacements are dealt directly with the vendor. School will help facilitate the repairs and replacements using the fortnightly courier by Vendor. Eg. If the screen is cracked for the first time, parent can opt to repair the screen (free) or ask for a new replacement of the computer.  Should the screen crack for a second time, payment for repairs is needed.
