What is the eligibility criteria to offer Higher Mother Tongue Language (HMTL)?
(i) Students with an overall PSLE Score of 8 or better and offered MTL at PSLE
OR
(ii) students with an overall PSLE Score of 9-14 (inclusive) and obtained AL1/AL2 in MTL or Distinction/Merit in HMTL.
