Students are provided guidance through Education and Career Guidance (ECG) lessons, workshops, and counselling. The school also facilitates their participation in career fairs, JC/polytechnic/ITE visits and talks, industry visits, and work attachments. To help students align their strengths and aspirations with suitable post-secondary pathways, teachers provide advice on suitable upper secondary subject combinations as well.

In addition, the School Leaders and ECG counsellor engage parents regularly through the yearly parent engagement sessions as well as lunchtime talks.
