1. If the form's audience was changed after the staff/students responded, you will not be able to see responses from people who were removed from the audience. You can change the audience back to rectify this.

2. If you are a school staff, you can only see responses from your own school. To access their responses, you will need to add a collaborator from that school to help you download them and send them back to you.
