Yes. You can share the form via the "Share as an announcement on Parents' Gateway" in All Ears. If you select Public audience, parents do not need to log in to respond. However, this would mean their submissions would not tracked (i.e. you would not know who has not responded) .

We recommend selecting Student audience when sending forms to parents. Parents can respond to the form by logging in using their child's MIMS account.
