The limit for the number of items you can add is 100 items.

The 100-item limit remains in place to ensure platform stability and prevent performance issues. A survey that has more than 100-item would also increases the chance of survey fatigue which would decrease the reliability of your survey.

A possible work-around is to have 2 forms, and link them together at the end of Part 1 of the form, clearly labelling both (e.g. “Part 1 of 2”, “Part 2 of 2”) to help ensure smooth completion.
