CareShield Life is a long-term care insurance scheme launched on 1 October 2020 by Ministry of Health (MOH). It provides basic financial protection should you become severely disabled, especially during old age, and need care for a prolonged period of time.

The monthly payout can be used for care needs, such as hiring a helper, paying for care services, or daily expenses.
