How to apply

Do talk to a doctor (GP or a doctor from your hospital or polyclinic) who is familiar with your loved ones’ condition and needs. They can help to make the necessary referral.

Cost

Please check with your service providers on the cost. The amount varies based on your household’s income.

To qualify for subsidies, your loved one will need to be a Singapore Citizen or PR. Subsidies are also means-tested (ie there is an income criteria).
